Who we are

PingRoam is a software platform for travel connectivity. We are not a mobile network operator, carrier, or mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), and we do not hold a telecommunications operating license — because we don't operate a network.

We build the discovery, purchase, and management experience: a website and mobile app that let travelers compare destinations, buy eSIM data plans, and activate and monitor them from one dashboard.

What we do — and don't do

We do:

• Provide a marketplace-style interface to browse and compare eSIM data plans by destination.
• Process orders and deliver eSIM profiles digitally to your device.
• Give you a dashboard to track usage, top up, and manage your active eSIMs.
• Handle customer support for your PingRoam account and orders.

We don't:

• Operate a mobile network or hold spectrum/telecom licenses.
• Issue physical SIM cards.
• Act as a carrier or MVNO in any country.
